Rental Terms

Rates are per villa per night, in US dollars, and shown when you book.

Villa rates are subject to 11% government accommodation tax. Food, drink and other charges are subject to 16% government tax. A 12% service charge, for the local staff, applies to all charges, and a government Climate Resilience Levy applies per bedroom per night.

Two nights for most of the year. Over the festive season, 19 December to 4 January, seven nights (ten nights at Big Blue Ocean and Little Blue Ocean).

High season (5 January to 30 April): a three-night deposit 30 days before arrival. Low season (1 May to 18 December): a three-night deposit 14 days before arrival. Festive season (19 December to 4 January): 50% of the stay when you book, and the balance by 1 September.

High season: cancel 14 days or more before arrival and the deposit is returned; later, it is kept. Low season: the same, at 7 days. Festive season: half of the deposit is non-refundable, and after 1 September the whole stay is charged. Cancellations must be sent in writing to the reservations team, who confirm them in writing. We recommend travel and cancellation insurance.

Check-in from 3 pm and check-out by noon; your villa host checks you in at the villa. To arrive earlier or leave later, book the extra night.

Most villas can be booked with two, three, four or five bedrooms open; the rooms not booked stay closed. Big Blue Ocean and Little Blue Ocean, neighbours joined by a path, can be booked together for nine bedrooms. Ask the reservations team which combinations are open for your dates.

When we book air transfers, transfers or other services for you, we act as your agent and the provider's own terms apply. Confirm your international flights only once your connection to Canouan is confirmed.

Every villa sleeps a set number of guests. A rollaway bed is charged by the night, plus tax and service, where the room allows one; cots are complimentary. Both are first come, first served, so ask when you book. The Kids Club is complimentary from age three, 10 am to 6 pm daily.
